This Return Policy applies to interior décor and styling services provided by Specialssboutiqu.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or styling service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Policy for Services

Since our services are customized and involve professional consultation and design work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Consultation Services: If you cancel before the consultation begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once the consultation has commenced, refunds are not available.
  • Design Services: Refunds for design services depend on the stage of completion. If work has not yet begun, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
  • Completed Services: Once styling services have been completed, refunds are generally not available unless there is a significant issue with service delivery.

Furniture and Products

If we assist with furniture sourcing and you purchase items through our recommendations:

  • Return policies for furniture and décor items are subject to the policies of the individual retailers or manufacturers
  • We are not responsible for returns or refunds of items purchased from third-party vendors
  • Please contact the retailer directly for any return or exchange requests

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service package or scope of work after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes, which may result in adjusted pricing.

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction with our interior styling services.
